There is evidence that physical activity may prevent gestational diabetes (diabetes that develops during pregnancy), relieve stress, and build more stamina needed for labor and delivery.
Exercising for 30 minutes on most, or all, days can benefit your health during pregnancy. Exercising for just 20 minutes, 3 or 4 days a week, is still beneficial, as well. The important thing is to be active and get your blood flowing.

Muy decepcionada
Parece muy bonito, pague los 6-7 euros y no funcionan todos los entrenamientos. El de fuerza de queda parado y no cuenta los segundos y encima las figuras no se mueven.... se quedan fijas y tienes que haber leído (en inglés) el ejercicio en la tabla donde lo explica para poder seguirlo... así que si en mitad del entrenamiento no te acuerdas a ver qué haces? Paras el entrenamiento para leer De nuevo todos los ejercicios? 😡
Compre programa y no se desbloquea
Compre un programa de 8 semanas me ha sido facturado y no puedo abrirlo. Solo me da la opción d volver a comprarlo .
