The Trenitalia App makes it simpler to plan your journeys. Purchase season tickets, carnets and other tickets for Frecce, Intercity, Regional, EC and EN trains in just a few clicks, as well as your tickets for Busitalia buses in Umbria and Veneto!
Use geolocation and the Quick Purchase function to buy your tickets without delay. Pay however you like from among the many payment methods available (Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Satispay, Amazon Pay or bank transfer) or use your CartaFRECCIA/X-GO points, Bonuses, Credits or Gift Cards.
Manage your journey directly from the Home Page or from your Apple Watch, check all information on the status of the train, and check in to confirm your presence on board. Simultaneously manage your Business profile alongside your personal one, by switching easily between them!
NEW: What’s more, from 30 June you can plan your journey from the first mile to the last directly from the Home Page, by entering your departure and arrival addresses! Where available, you will be shown travel solutions with multiple means of transport.

No delays, no updates, no cancelled routes. 2 trips - 2 cancelled and 1 delayed trains.

problema ultimo aggiornamento
App valida con molte funzionzionalità… unico problema da ultimo aggiornamento il pagamento con carta di credito prepagata (intesa San Paolo) non funziona e bisogna per forza usare PayPal

Funzionava benissimo. Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento non funziona più. iPhone 6, iOS 12.5.7. L’ultimo aggiornamento non ha risolto il problema.

Aggiungere biglietto al wallet
Per i biglietti che richiedono di effettuare il check-in come i regionali non c’è la possibilità aggiungerli al wallet di iOS, anche dopo aver fatto il check-in. La funzione è presente solo per i biglietti come intercity. Si può aggiungere il pulsante nella schermata del biglietto dopo averlo convalidato?
Problema con cancellazione prenotazioni con abbonamento
Il sistema continua a bloccarsi frequentemente quando si cerca di cancellare più prenotazioni in una volta (come già segnalato). Ciò, unito al fatto che di deve cancellare una prenotazione alla volta, fa passare la voglia di farlo. Prima lo risolvete, prima potrete fare più soldi
