I chose to spend my Christmas at Sunscape Sabour Cozumel because of the high rating you gave it. These were clearly fake reviews. You ruined my girlfriend’s last Christmas with her dying mother.

I just got back from Sanctuary Grand Memories. I enjoyed everything about it and will recommend this new resort to everyone. First time l have every seen elevators in Cuba. Clean and friendly and plenty of young new workers who are all doing their job for us. I enjoyed the food very much. I like talking to people so l can go back and see them all there keeping this lovely resort in the best condition. I recommend that if you want to try something new and modern, try it. 👍

I have just spent a month at Sanctuary White Sands and had a fantastic experience The entire staff bent over backwards to help you in any way they could . The resorts staff are very grateful for the tourist . No mosquitos ! Marie is awesome she will find a solution for all things .Fredricko excellent butler for section 7 . Julia at the snack bar by the beach is amazing very friendly and always willing to help and the beach itself wow it is something unimaginable it’s picture book perfect Finally big shout out for the entertainment crew do not miss morning stretch class on the beach ! Thank you Sanctuary White Sands for a wonderful month I will be back !

We ate at the Barcelo Aruban seafood restaurant and the food was great and service was excellent. Michael our server with a fab disposition walked us through the menu made sure our glasses never ran dry. Filling portions and no problems with extra appetizers or substitutions.

I recently went with Fabian and Tyrone on a full day tour and it was AMAZING!! The crew is so knowledgeable as they were brought up in the area. Both were very helpful with my numerous questions and also assisting us in and out of the boat. Believe me, this captain KNOWS this ocean and where the great spots are!! You won’t find a better tour!

Great half day. Eduardo was punctual, polite, fun and funny, and knowlegeable. A pleasure to have his guidance through what we think is a world class park. Would do this again in a heartbeat!

Alex is a fantastic server. You should ask for him. He is so helpful with menu recommendations and provides excellent service! The food is hot, tasty and fresh A must do place for Italian dining
