The star rating on Trip advisor is 4 we are check in for 12 nights to find this resort in total disarray this has to be the biggest shock of my life l can not begin to explain the disappointment If you are interested in the truth of what is going on here the photos are available it’s shocking Ripped bedding Hikes in our bed Strange pieces of material for shade at the pool Gardens that have not been gardened in months Scrap broken off at the side of the pool entrance steps it looks like a bump Your company is advertising a dump as 4 Star it’s shocking

So happy to find this picturesque and convenient location with excellent food and welcoming staff. Highly recommended for anyone in the Kyalami area. Located at ‘Inanda Country Base’.

We enjoyed our stay . Service was excellent . Room was cleaned by Mohamed Melin on a daily basis. Supervisor Mr Mizan ensured that everything was 100%. He went the extra mile to show us better options for our next stay . Also he asked us how the hotel could improve service to guests in future . Both Mr Mohamed and Mr Mizan were very professional, courteous and respectful to us . We would recommend everyone who is coming to Makkah for Umrah or Hajj to consider this Hotel as their 1st choice as views to Haram and location and hospitality cannot be matched by any other hotel.
