What a great moment for the first time in 35 years at Marriott with meal prepared by Chief Tom and been served by Mathan and wonderful manager, Mr Raj Iskandar

Right from the beginning, amongst some many different agencies offering varying options, for me Trip advisor was less complicating, easy to understand, plan and straightforward. Alas the tour was carried with such professionalism, thanks to Karvaan Tours and their excellent Guide and Driver Mr Ali and accomplice.

The entire excursion was well-organized, with excellent safety measures in place. Our pilot Ahmet, ride us to the valleys, the the sun rises view and panoramic views from the hot air balloon were breathtaking! We express gratitude to the team for providing exceptional service and creating a cherished memory.

I have learnt that never use Tripadvisor to make any bookings, the hotel booked did not include the breakfast that i wanted, i called the hotel and said they can't let me add on because i booked thru agent. I went to cancel and I'm being charged full amount, not a single cent refund. I tried call the number on the page and there's no dial tone, i called the hotel and tell them my booking confirmation number, the receptionist told me the number is from last year by another guy. GUYS, WATCH OUT

The teh Tarik served in Teh Tarik Place lives to to its name. It is foamy and creamy. Apparently there is a secrecy recipe to their Teh Tarik that makes it so different. I tried the Nonya laksa and it was quite delicious. Finished the bowl and the soup. Nice blend of Lemak and Spiciness.

Tasty coffee, amazing pastries & cakes. But food aside, the owner went above and beyond to make sure our short breakfast visit become a memorable one. He searched for a table (note this is a grab n go coffee shop, not a proper restaurant). He offered us his power bank to charge our phones. When my wife asked where to buy dry ice he jumped on his motorcycle to go get it for us. Greek hospitality par excellence!! Ευχαριστώ
