Kawi was wonderful. He made our evening and left us the best memories of the night. So generous and attentive. There was one surprise after another. It was simply amazing and impressive. Will surely come back when we are around.

This website and app are completely useless, everything leads to another advertisement of a tour or anything else to make money. I’m pretty sure this is not how it started. If you put 2 and 2 together I think you have a pretty good idea of how reliable the reviews are.

The problem lies in the character limitation imposed on comments. As per the guidelines, a minimum of 50 characters is required. However, whenever I exceed the character limit, the comment appears as "0" characters, preventing me from expressing my thoughts fully. This limitation severely restricts my ability to provide meaningful input or engage in meaningful conversations within the community. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Is really a great hotel, hotel is lead by a charming GM who is a great role model, he is always at the front to greet guest, all the team are friendly and polite. I can tell all of them wear a pride working in this hotel. The room is spacious and with spectacular view, I love their Onsen especially the private one, I had Onsen daily followed with exercise at the gym. This hotel’s view is fantastic and more importantly, all the staff are very professional!

Westin hotel surabaya located surrounded pakuwon mall,,room was spacious,clean,,breakfast is plenty of good food,

Amazing staff, great food, special thank you Arini front office manager for special arrangement, discount for laundry, room very spacious, good view. Only the partition of room balcony should be higher for the guest protection. Beach very clean, plenty of chairs. tamarind restaurants and Bar excellent, but please do something about mosquitoes, it’s really to much. However I will be back next year for longer stay
