Dec 2024 - The seat chart in the app stopped working and it hasn’t been fixed for over a month now…

Love this app but now you can’t see the seat maps at all. It’s been over two months that the developers are working on it. Sad!

Why not?

Seat map has stopped working again and out for more than a month. If you’re team is squashing bugs you missed a big one

Seat map not working for last month or so

Good features - easy to forward an email to create a trip, and it has given updates about gate and ETD changes, even when the airport personnel were not informed. BUT- unless my trip is booked as a complete itinerary, it is tedious to add additional bookings. If flight and hotel are booked separately, it has to be manually linked. I haven’t found an option to put them together automatically. I’m going to look for a different app.

This app is getting worse by the day, now the seat map is not working, one of the most useful things. Great job. Looking for other options.

Please fix Norse Altantic airlines’ shorten from N0 to Z0. With this mistake I am not able to add its flight to TripCase

I love this app. It is my go to app to organize my trips. It puts everything I need in one spot and adds my trips to my calendars. It is super easy to add trips. When the option to send in my itinerary and automatically fill in my details doesn’t work - and sometime it doesn’t - they’ve made it is super easy to add the trips. My only suggestion would be to allow users to access our trips offline. I often find myself in difficult locations like China where I can’t get online to check my trip details. I can’t access the Facebook login or even the internet at times and this means I can’t read my trip details. Please make this data accessible offline. I don’t mind storing my data on my phone. (update) I can't send in my itinerary as I get a error saying their mailbox is full.
