What happened to seat charts

4/22 update but still no seat maps Your best feature suddenly disappeared Will delete unless they reappear 4/26 still no seat maps. It set your app apart from the rest. You’ve lost credibility 5/9 hurrah! Seating charts are back!

Not working

App used to be good but hasn’t worked since the last upgrade version was released gotta find an app that works

Good but could use some upgrades

I use TripCase often and it definitely helps with consolidation of trip info. Covering the basics is good. I use email to get all of my information there. There have been times where I use a private car service and want to bring that info in. But it send it to my inbox instead of attaching to the trip. I guess that’s ok but then I can’t connect the letter in my inbox to the trip. That would be a nice feature to have.

Not able to see seat assignments

Since the last release, I cannot see any flight information. I frequently use the app to see what seat is available before booking. Any way to get this back? Thanks

No support?

I have used and loved this app for years but recently started experiencing issues with some features and functionality, like seat maps no longer loading. There doesn’t seem to be any way to get support or communicate with them when something is not working.

No seat map

This app is getting worse by the day, now the seat map is not working, one of the most useful things. Great job. Looking for other options.

Useless App !!

This app has gotten terrible, half the time you can’t view the seats on any given flight that you’re on. It needs a huge update and upgrade !!

Need help screen

For some reason Jet Blue flight time for 1388 is posted wrong on trip case and I can’t correct

Used to be good

This app used to be great, but they aren’t maintaining it and now it’s not updating flights when the departure and arrival times change. If it’s not going to be maintained, take it down.

Losing confidence

I used this app for years and traveled globally. Was awesome. But now, all real time updates have stopped and it is a shame to have to go look for a new tool I can have confidence in.
