I enjoy having an overview of my trips. Sending the itinerary works well. However inbox needs improvement- I cannot see the content of the email so need to ensure the info like a confirmation number is in the topic line. That can be improved. Other than that great to have all at hand and keep history as well.
Tried to login with ‘sign in with Apple’ but the app doesn’t login. Right front the start a thumbs down.
The info given on flight delays is far from reality. Example: KM420 Malta-Brussels, 10/12/2022, mail received about new departure time 16:30. This info is correct, there is a delay. Then a new mail arrives at 16:08 indicating the departure time is back to the original 16:05. So no delay. But in reality there was a 40 minutes delay. This happens all the time with Air Malta delays. My conclusion: TripCase cannot be trusted and is in practice worthless. I hope TripCase can sort this out to the bottom.
I use iPhone 11 and iOS 16.0.3 (and before iOS 15.x). Online I can sign in and see my trips but the app does not show anything after entering logon name and pressing next. It used to work in the past.

It’s not possible to add a holiday charter flight. The error says No flights found. In Tripit it is no problem to add a flight manually.
This app has the potential to be my go-to travel app for all my business travel. But it lacks some standard features. For one, I can’t find my hotel name anywhere. Just an address, and the trip is listed as the city. This is inconvenient if you go to the city often in different hotels. Updating my personal info gives a ‘failure’. There is so much potential here, go make it happen!
Excellent app. 4-stars because LCY London City Airport is not supported and shows instead DDB, AU Airport!
The app keeps crashing and no longer works since the update, shame though
My next trip is to Nicaragua and Costa Rica, however the program named the trips Kingston, Ponce, Marysville and Tulsa, all complete with USA state-codes. The program itself is otherwise ok
