Website can Sign In with Apple ID App can’t

After covid, I try to start my travel plan with this app. However, no matter how I sent e-ticket into its email for parsing (in attachment, or in email body), it never works. Don't know what’s wrong with this app but seems it’s not working.

Tried many times but still unable to login

I had the TripCase installed in iPhone XS Max, but, not able to see the app in my AWS4

Slow, inconvenient and poor database.

介面簡潔有設計感，行程排列一目了然，就算用4.7吋的iPhone也可輕鬆瀏覽。但我發現GPS似乎有些問題。 例如我行程新增了一個函館的飯店或地點，地址輸入正確，但點地圖上的位置卻變成在長野縣？希望可以儘快修正這個問題。

TripCase used to be a very helpful app, but recently they have some serious bugs. The app relies on forwarding of booking info from email, but the parsing does not work. It may give you the wrong airport, and also completely non-sense for arrival times. In one case it gave me arrival time ten hours before take off. This on a short flight from Taipei to Shanghai. It just gives error messages when you try to delete trips. And doesn't give you the ability to edit the time, so you end up with just manually entering everything. Which beats the purpose of installing this app.
