I payed untill June 2025 and since last week it’s bugged and it asks me to pay, I did.. still nothing. Costumers service sucks big time! I’ve tried everything but no help. Thanks a lot Ultimate Guitar. My new years Eve is ruined. Happy new year.
Forced to be downloaded on the website, then shows a bad and unskippable onboarding, then asks you to pay, when you refuse you get ads for 1min before even being able to look at the tab. This is a nightmare to use, badly designed, you deserve only insults at this point.
App is very slow to respond (back button and scrolling) even after reinstalling. Very annoying and takes the fun from an with great content and potential. Used on Iphone 14 with great wifi and/or 5G. Technical support is quick to answer but slow to fix the issues.

Superbe application
I support free sharing of and access to of tabs, chords, culture, as provided everywhere on the internet. Why allow some commercial guys or developers to make money with the music of the artists I love? Some aren’t even musicians themselves. It is normal to pay an artist to listen to his music, but not for the way how to play it. Fortunately, tabs as good as the ones on Ultimate G can still be found for free everywhere.

This app is a paradise for any amateur (or, most probably, professional) guitar player looking for content to play. Tons of tabs shared by the community and available at the tap of your finger, and an amazing team of professional musicians ready to work on new tabs or to improve existing ones. I couldn’t believe it when I first tried the app with the one week free trial and I eventually decided to keep using it and pay the subscription after a couple of days, given the huge amount of high-quality content. Guitar is my daily relax time in a busy day and for about $15 a year, I have more songs available than I could play in my entire life :-)) Happy customer of UG ;)
