Hello, Every update you are doing is fixing something and bugging something else. Since yesterdays update, I can no longer have remote access to my cloud key although all is I’m order regarding the internet. Please help and advise.

They stripped a whole bunch on functionality out of the app at least for their newer devices. You can’t even change something like ssid broadcasting.

I managed several AP’s through the unify app. I assume an update caused me to lose access. I can see them but when I click it asks for a login.

If you’re going to remove the ability to see the Talk dashboard then you should make a Talk App!

Never provided a review on any app before. However, I thought it was necessary to provide one here. This is probably the best app I’ve ever used. The entire integrated system works extremely well. What a phenomenal company.

I have three accounts on three consoles (business A, business B, and private net). Latest update has broken 2FA verification for all three leaving me unable to use this app to connect. Authenticator and email verification are both rejected by the app. Unacceptable update.

This app used to contain the WAN IP for each network. Now it has been replaced with 192.168.1.1, which is absolutely not helpful. Access to that WAN IP was the only reason I really needed this app in the first place. Update: As requested, I sent a support ticket. Screenshots included. Two weeks with absolutely no reply.

Every time I try to access Unifi Talk settings, it just goes to the stupid Control Plane page. Why, just why??? What good is this app, if I just have to use the web interface to manage anything??? Please FIX IT!

How is this a thing? Running a branch new Mac Mini with Sequoia and this app just crashes every time I launch it.

Love UniFi products and highly recommend them. However, this app is 496.6 MB—nearly half a gig. It is the largest app on my phone. What on earth are you putting in it? Apple still charges hundreds of dollars for more device storage, so please have mercy on us.
