There seems to be no hotspot manager on the iOS version of this app

I’ve been using this app for 2 years on my network environment. All of a sudden, I get a critical network application update and I can’t get into my network. I’ve updated the controller and firmware on the web portal but I still can’t access my network. Please assist. I prefer using the app more than the web interface.

Great product and excellent build quality. The unit is very easy to set up, install new AP’s and monitor your network and internet supply! Packed with features coupled with well designed app! Best router and network architecture I ever owned.

i changed my password as advised after the recent data breach. browser access to the controller & account is fine, but the app has locked me out & won’t accept the new password

The latest update has removed the WiFi throughout test. This test was an invaluable part of the admin’s toolset to diagnose issues. Please restore this feature.

Make sure if their was any updates the application is still working.

Great app to setup a unifi AP from scratch.

pathetic connectivity

We are happy with the direction that the new control apps is taking. The visuals are becoming more cursory and active when you click on them for more detail. The user design makes sense and it is now easier to find your way around the app - quite intuitive and stable. The firewall feature on the USGs need more investigation for future development, please. Overall, would buy this entire system again and recommend it to the team. It’s professional and does what it says on the can, with a twist.

It's been over a year, you lot keep adding new stuff but won't fix the app launching with half the screen just black? I have to relaunch 2-3 times to get it to work.
