التطبيق معقد والتعامل معه لا يصنع الثقة ولا يوجد تكامل بين العتاد وايضا ردت فعل الدعم الفني بطيئة جدا اصبحت لا اثق بمنتجات هذه الشركة ولا تجلب الا الصداع المزمن.

Since the last update released on 13August 2021, the client can not connect to the UCK. Connecting from the website is working. From the mobile, it can not reach my network.

New version is not working well
Couldn’t connect to my controller
I have a 16 port poe switch. I reset the switch but cannot connect to it. I want to connect and adopt the switch but no way.
