I helped a relative with the app and it was really hard because I got a message saying something like ”two faces are showing”. It was hard to avoid when helping another person. After lots of effort the issue was solved by changing from an old IPhone 6 to a Neuer model (IPhone 13) The staff from the UNJSPF was super helpful and called us back several times during the process untill we succeeded.
I have wasted dozens of hours trying to use different versions of the app on an iPad Air and it doesn’t work properly, it enters into a loop and doesn’t complete the task. The latest version 2.3.2 doesn’t improves these lack of responses. It is regrettable that such poor software is mandatory for the intended community.

It is easy to download the application and create an account. However, the process of photographing the face is somewhat tedious. What about a retiree who doesn’t have the health capacity, whether physically or mentally, to implement the application? I personally have not yet reached that stage, thanks God. However, I prefer to sign the letter of enrollment instead.
Extremely difficult to scan the face. Took me more than half an hour to get it done.
