When I first tried the app it would not recognise when I was smiling. I assumed this was because my beard, the moustache part, was obscuring my upper lip. Only by severely trimming the beard, particularly the moustache, would the app proceed to completion.
The camera on the app is absolutely useless, it took 3 of us to try and get my mother in laws photo, this is no good for elderly people to do alone.
