Unread: An RSS Reader

Même en version gratuite, Unread offre une expérience complète, moderne et très efficace. J’avais souvent des soucis avec d’autres lecteurs d’articles, où des éléments gênants (comme la photo de profil de l’auteur, des messages anti-adblock, etc.) apparaissaient. Avec Unread, tout cela disparaît : on profite du contenu et des images, comme dans un article propre et soigné ! L’application est aussi disponible sur iPad et Mac, avec une synchronisation fluide entre les appareils. Parfait pour se tenir informé tout en prenant ses distances des réseaux sociaux comme Twitter. Je recommande vivement !

L’interface d’Unread est très sympa. La mise en cache des pages Web et des images fonctionne très bien. Le support est rapide et très efficace.

Superbe application de flux rss, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de traduction FR. En cas de problème le développeur réponds assez rapidement et le corrige dans la foulée 👍🏻 quelques défauts d’UX mais rien de problématique, je recommande

Really great RSS reader, imho the best for web scraping (even compared to paid apps), it gets all the text and images, with a pretty good interface. One thing though is that it lakes customization. For instance, you can't change font or customize theme colors to your preference 😢. I wish dev could add that in a paid version, and also add a lifetime paid option !

A l’heure où le RSS est de retour, cette app est superbe pour lire ses sites web favoris. Unread récupère le texte des sites web ne se limitant pas à une introduction, vous avez tout le texte ! Difficile de décrire l’interface, mais c’est probablement la plus relaxante et confortable pour explorer les articles RSS, je n’ai pas trouvé mieux ... Une app sans support, ce n’est pas une app... après avoir écrit au support pour indiquer que quelques pages en français ne présentaient pas les accents, le développeur a rapidement trouvé une solution et avec cette mise à jour, le problème est réglé 👍 A quand la version Mac 🤣

I’m a Feedly subscriber, and tried several RSS reader apps compatible with Feedly. I’ve started using Unread yesterday and I’ve already relegated all other apps in a folder. Discoverability of features could be slightly better on the first use, but you only need to know that you swap from left to right to get access to sub-menus. The clean design, even the sincerity that transpires from the « About » story. All of this is world-leading class, congratulations ! Only negative point: I searched how to pay for it, and haven’t found it yet. That’s why I’m offering a review (I don’t do that often).

I’ve been using Unread for a couple weeks now and it’s great. Awesome UI, clean and readable. And it has Mac and iOS widgets, woohoo! The only feature I miss (from Apple News app) is a History feed/folder, but I’ll figure out a workaround. The free plan is generous, but I subbed to Premium to support the developer. Pricing is very reasonable compared to the mainstream RSS apps, and Unread does everything I need. I emailed a question to the developer and got a prompt, understandable response. I’ve been overwhelmed trying to keep up with news. Unread is the help I needed :)
