Ok but
App is ok overall but you can’t paste payee details like UEN using the system copy and paste system. Why?!
Failure to log on forever
80% of the time the app states that there’s a connection error and I fail to log on. No improvement for the past few months at all. Sick of it.
Not Well Tested
Stuck with old account name after first-time account name change. Have to “Sign in as different user” every time I login. Definitely not well designed and tested
Bad integration of Mighty Secure
Notifications when performing financial actions are non-intuitive. There is no easy option to opt out and use SMS or hardware token. Once Mighty Secure authentication fails you have to redo your whole transaction again to retry. BAD!
Upgrade error
I try to open my UOB Mighty app but It prompts me to upgrade to latest version. I followed the instruction to click and it led me to Apps Store. There it shows OPEN only and so I click thinking upgrading is done or not necessary. It came back to the page which asks me to upgrade. I go round and round. What's happening?
