Why Tbills is not shown on the mobile app?

Hey app team, please enable the showing of tbills in the app. If SGS bonds are able to be shown, please do the same for tbills. Thank you.

No Mighty FX on web banking

Mighty FX currency exchange function is APP only. Disgusting way to force customer to use mobile device to collect more data.

Push notification users to spam you with marketing

No option in app to disable marketing push notifications, which needs to be turned on for banking alerts. Disgusting app design and decision.

paynow can not work

and No USD time deposit

New version doesn’t work

It used to have digital token on my pre login screen, now it doesn’t. My login works on web but this newer version complains about me using password with special character which is not true. Now I’m stuck.

UOB APP IS VERY GOOD AND EASY TO USE

Account history

The app is very clunky. Don’t understand why Transactions from the debit card is separate from the rolling account balance. Also we have a joint account - 2 debit cards which makes it even harder to track transactions to identify any suspicious or incorrect activities. The digital token set up is very inconvenient, especially resetting when you get locked out when you enter the wrong code or sometimes you enter the right code but the app does not see it as correct. Then you have to wait 12 hours before you can finish making a payment or transfer. Navigating is not intuitive. And … how can I order checks? Do you actually have to a branch to do this? Does not seem very tech savvy!
