This is garbage, have to reinstall App every time before use.
I have paid uptodate my outstanding. May I request waiver of late n interest charges charged last month. I appreciate your advise
if you have any issues or need to get a question answered, then this app and the website links it sends you to, are woefully inadequate. trying to get any help from an actual person at UOB seems to be impossible (they usually take about 2wks to reply email)
Internal transfers between own multi currency accounts are not spontaneous and exchange losses will take place when transfers are done in non real time
I reported a technical problem with my app over a month ago. UOB are very slow responding and still have not worked out the problem. This whole time, I have been unable to use PayNow and the app forgets all my preferences every time. The call center is hopeless because I get passed from one person to another but nobody ever offers a solution - the departments are too siloed. I was told the issue would be fixed today and it has not been fixed…
Even with the best will in the world it is still not easy to focus on my own plans and needs.. which is then making me less inclined to interact or socialise which is the key thing I am craving..
Impossibile to access your needs with this application and not for international businessmen. This Bank is not serious and does not respond to customer needs.
Latest build can’t open on an iPhone 6S. Just hangs on the opening screen with login.
Freezes regularly, no access st all other times, someday I just need to reboot the phone itself to get simple access to see my account. As for Mighty, it’s laugh out loud bad, unpredictable and you end up begging fir a otp just to move things on. Worst app ever..Even trying to post this is farcical- every nickname I pick is already taken and I’m making up ludicrous words now!
The UOB “Mighty” (an absolute misnomer!) app is a totally useless app which has a deviant mind of its own - usually inclined not to work! More often than not, I am unable to login using BOTH password and touch (finger print). Worse still, it keeps on asking for touch login to be enabled - although I gave already done so time & time again. Hugely infuriating and, notwithstanding my Privilege banking status, my complaints are ignored - and nothing is done by UOB’s really rubbishy IT department! UOB’s apathy demonstrates how customer unfriendly it is - and how little they care about service quality & their own reputation. I will be certainly increasing my use of DBS and reducing the business I give UOB!
