Fix your verification process
Verifying your identity is a nightmare. The terms and conditions page with the checkbox doesn’t even allow you to tick it. Then it promos you to tick it when it doesn’t even allow you to (tested on all browsers). The step where you are required to take a photo is even worse, cannot focus, makes the camera blurry (when my camera is fine and working).
Tried to connect to someone on chat but was only faced with a robot. If someone could please email me to rectify this. Really frustrating user experience.

Very buggy app
Keyboard input doesn’t track every input, and location search doesn’t show anything
Please fix the messaging!
Everything works well except messaging. If you don’t select the auto suggested word then it drops letters as you type. Super annoying when trying to communicate. Iphone app by the way.
Keyboard unusable
Weird new update introduces custom auto correct on keyboard that makes messages unusable.
How can such a terrible update make it past QC. What a useless feature trying to reinvent something that works well…

The recent updates have made the mobile app unworkable and there is no contact details where Upworks will actually respond. Their ever increasing prices are shameful!!!!
Great system but keyboard is awful
The keyboard when using the app is the only keyboard that gives me problems. Constant typos and issues. Perhaps the develop doesn’t use the app that much and could use some time on it so they can get a feel for the stupid keyboard that has been chosen.
Can’t see freelancer profiles
Every time I click on a freelancer’s profile on my iPhone app, I get a blank profile page. I tried to reload the page but still blank. My app is up to date so I don’t know what is going on. I can’t read their profiles so how am I supposed to hire who I need?
Not typing properly
I am writing on my phone at the normal speed but it cannot catch up and lags and misses letters. So i need to rely on autocorrect to finish my sentences on mobile. Unusable. Please fix
