BRICK & MORTAR IN NEW ONLINE BOTTLE

APP VERY POOR , NO APP BASED SERVICES , NO LIVE SHIPING TRACKING. SHIPPING IS INEEFICIENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE 9-6PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY LIKE GOVT BABOOS . BRICKS AND MORTAR PHYSICAL STORE STILL BETTER AVAILABLE TILL 10 PM x7DAYS . IT NEED SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS IN - TECHNOLOGY, BACKENDS , EXECUTION, MANAGEMENT

It took me 7 tries to make a payment on this app. Maybe it needs to be updated.

Horrible logistics, no communication, never again!

STAY AWAY from Urban Ladder! My FIRST ORDER ever, and it is going to be a 1 week late already (thats after 1 month earlier estimate); customer service is a joke, they just lie and say itll be delivered soon. Cant cancel the order as they keep 25%, so they can keep delaying order as long as they want! Horrendous policy on Urban Ladders part. And to top it all off, the sofa I purchased was surprisingly on sale at 30% discount, just a week after I paid! That is definitely predatory pricing and unscrupulous, and they refused to adjust my price even though order has not been delivered. You have been warned, STAY AWAY from Urban Ladder! Garbage company deserves to fail.

Ordered items through urban ladder. Their delivery persons promised a 7 day 'trial' policy to return products. When attempting to return the items the very next day, customer service vehemently denies the items even though it is barely used, has all shipping material intact and I'm even willing to pay for shipping fees. Very frustrating.

Do not Install...

The prices of any furniture items are too costly, they are cheating with loyal customers just to fill their pockets. Customer service is worst.
