I updated to the latest at the beginning of June 2023 and the app has got me to check in daily to reward myself with free cloud services. However this feature is now been revoked on the new updates and the apps published reviews are 3-4year old? Another Chinese application living up to their name of scamming people 😞
No there some that say that the other 17$ dollar the same you can see the circuit board c it from the case of waste off money. x cover that’s not worth it! for this job just cost cost cost!!! Not recommended
Don’t buy this CcTv if you haven’t already invested in one. Latest update keeps crashing during playback. They keep changing the layout of the app such that the user interface keeps asking you to try the Cloud subscription. The fast speed playback is also only available for cloud subscription while normal playback keeps crashing for SD Micro card.
When needing quick access, you have to wait for ads to run. This is extremely frustrating, given when you need instant access to watch over your pet trying to escape its enclosure. I give it Zero for security.
As a free app this does the job. As a security system it is very unsafe. There seems to be no way to keep the camera armed. Every time you need to use it you have to log in. It can’t be used on a laptop or PC. It can’t be linked to TV Ads slow down the app loading Every time you go to the app you have to log in. If you suspect an intrusion this takes too long. Okay for free but hopeless as a real security device.
I bitterly regret buying a home camera from this brand. In addition to the device not being compatible with Google Home, the camera control application shows advertisements all the time during use. Not even 100% free apps are that inconvenient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this V380 Pro app or the Rettro K9 Indoor security camera.
I have had this app and 4 380 cameras for years. It is better than the Swan security camera and software I bought recently, for 5 times the price.
This company creates nothing but rubbish, useless, and time wasting software. It never finds the cameras. The devices continually goes off-line and don’t come back. It’s hard to join cameras when you are not next to them and in another whole country. The whole setup and system is temperamental and frustrating. I would avoid this company and this software as much as possible. You have been warned.
Not sure if this is for my video camera or a app for ads all I get is add after add before I can even open my camera useless
Since I did the last update my device keeps restarting. This means I have gaps in my recordings and I have recordings of the ceiling as it resets the camera. Not great for my security. Please fix. Also having to go through multiple ads before I can see my camera is a pain. Pointless no one is interested in looking at ads when checking a camera.
