The specifications read this: “ *V380* Pro provides clear night vision of 30m IR night vision, which implies you will not miss any movement, you can see clearly in the dark, presents good image in night mode” For the camera settings within this app, I can’t see any IR Night (Infra Red) Settings any where. If it was equipped with Infra Red, there should be settings for Auto, Off and On to control the infrared within the software. I am not talking about the Proximity settings (PIR). The PIR is present here but not Infrared PIR is the ability of the lens to detect motion or movement. Some system can distinguished Human from others using the body temperature.
Programmed to discourage use
You can disable the ads for two weeks at a time by going into Profile Settings. But if you do this, the app is programmed to punish you by failing to connect to your camera at least twice. It can easily take a full minute to connect to a camera. I know the problem isn’t my network because I still have an old version on an iPad that connects first time, every time. I suspect their servers are very limited, and rather than spend money, they’re deliberately trying to discourage using the app.

I have been trying hours still can't manage to context I have tapo from Argos and a minute ready and go I don't advice to buy this rubbish camera and install this app

Do not under any circumstances purchase this camera they keep control of the camera and keep shoving ads in your face when you are trying to get to the camera because it has been activated. It is a waste of time and does not belong to you at all, you have very little to do with it as they keep putting everything on it.

Daily rewards
Well i have over 5000 points from the rewards to use on the cloud services. Since the last update I get the error message authentication failed and its not opening. Now I can not use these points to activate the trial cloud. Im a bit weary to use the cloud services anyway, everything was ok before the update. Can you guys please do another update to resolve the issue Then this app will be worth 5*
