App no longer working
I've been using this app for a long time with no issues, but now (September 2022) when I try and log in I get a persistent "Abnormal network, try later" message. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I get the same message. The problem has been ongoing for a couple of weeks now.
Need help
Worked like a charm for two year Now keep saying device offline The router is fine Has data When u at the camera and on same WiFi you can watch on iPhone But soon as you Elsewhere away from camera you can’t see says offline Please help
WiFi error message
Keep on experiencing an error message “ enable V380 pro position services “. Really annoying, can you advise how to switch this off?
App not opening
The app works for 2 or 3 times then I need to delete and reinstall it
Keeps freezing and crashing
App keeps crashing every 2nd update
Great app but needs bug fixes
Application keeps freezing or going back to joke screen once opened. Have to keep deleting and redownloading app. Other than that very good app and easy to use and install
App not working
I have the app loaded on my iPhone. It worked for a few days and now it doesn’t open for some reason. The app loads and then closes before it opens. 😡😡😡
Alarm function does not work since the update
Have trouble shooted alarm push notification and alarm settings still don’t work. When you arm the app it disarms and vice versus. Please resubmit update to fix these errors as it renders this app useless.
Not working
After update, I can not move my cameras to the sides. Can only move them up and down.
