Rudimentary consumption statistics
Showing consumption for last week, month, year is nice, but being able to see the trends would be much more useful. Stats should show the change in trend on daily, weekly and monthly basis vs prior and vs year ago. Year ago. At the very least, having consumption data logged in the cloud and access to export via web would enable users to do the trend dashboard.
Electricity consumption shows nothing
Since installed it measured consumption for less then a week, after that nothing is shown., well it shows constant 0, which most probably is not the case, but the electricity bill will tell.
Not in sync with Vitodense real data
Vicare app does not show correct time program (it shows only reduced temp mode, despite time program is in normal mode and Vitodense 200 7”control shows normal temp mode. Vicare also displays wrong heating circle pump status. It shows ON status even if HC is put in “DHW only” mode or “stand by” mode. I believe it lacks testing.
Unable to set ventilation operating mode
General is operation of vitocal 222-s via vicare good. I like that you can set your heating curve. Time programing is easy and clear. Only downside for me is ventilation. It is frustrating, that you cannot select operating mode. It would be convenient if you could shut down ventilation via app and if you could set current ventilation up or down. You have to set these two features on main machine, which we have in basement. Viessmann please fix this!!! Otherwise we like to use this app and other features are really useful.
Unable to set room temperature
I am unable to set room temperature on home screen on selected heating curve. Any suggestions Viessmann?
Drehung nicht möglich
beim Drehen des Tabletts, dreht die App nicht!
Don’tCare
Prinzipiell nützliche App, nach dem letzten Update funktionieren aber die Ausgabe des Stromverbrauchs und der Heizenergie nicht mehr (leere Felder mit “selected date lable” werden angezeigt). 8.11.24: mit dem aktuellen Update gefixt! 22.11.24: Stromverbrauch und Heizenergie werden nur nach Quit und Neustart der App angezeigt… 30.12.24: Für die Heizkurve im Abo runter auf einen Stern. Was kommt als nächstes? Punktekonto für Grad-Änderungen? 5€ extra für Warmwasser? So wird das nichts mit der Weiterempfehlung!
Die App fällt ständig aus!!!
Die App hat ständig Probleme und fällt sehr oft aus. Habe diese jetzt 1 1/2 Jahre.
Müllabfuhr
Ständige Aussetzer der WP mit quittierpflichtigem Fehler, aber die App sagt „ deiner Anlage geht es gut“ Das ist noch schlimmer als der Fehler der brandneuen Anlage selbst 🤮🫣
