Won’t Connect!
I have downloaded the app multiple times to my iPhone 13 and it will not connect via Bluetooth. It does connect to an android phone however. Any suggestions?
No issues on IOS 17.3 13-Pro-Max
I took my chance on purchasing battery charger for my cars knowing they are reputable company when it comes to solar panel related projects and I wasn’t disappointed. Everything seems to be working(including charge cycle history)! To Victron: it would be really helpful to categorize charging history by vehicle. Without this functionality it is impossible to see any trends when there are three vehicles (unless one is tracking charging activity manually.) Product used: Victron Energy Blue Smart IP65 12-Volt 10 amp Battery Charger (Bluetooth)
New update Needs fixed
Yo, roll back the update!!!!! You have ruined this app now. Leave things alone when they’re working great, not VictronConnect they’ll ruin an app overnight. I’ll be buying a different brand from here out! This is disgusting, the app now constantly crashes, when it decides to finally open it just spins the wheel of death, then after hitting 99% the app crashes and resets. Taking several minutes to load when before your update of death it connected within 4 seconds. This is ignorance Victron, pure ignorance. Hire a real IT not a hack. Original complaint; The newest update needs a new update. I cannot view my history without this “trends” tab continually changing pages on me. It’s extremely annoying. Or give the user an option of deleting this unnecessary tab. I’ll update my rating if a new update fixes this within 2 weeks from today. Many weeks and no fix, this app gets worst by the day.
Love Victron, but…
Love Victron, but what happened to the ability to scroll through the graphs on the history tab in this version? It’s mostly non functional now and takes you to the other tabs instead.
Please fix pairing in Vision Pro!
Currently it’s going in endless loop and never prompts for pin. Not usable in Apple Vision Pro at all
Pairing Discconection
This is a great product by Victron and Orion, the only problem is it has a Bluetooth drop disconnects issue, whenever the screensaver or screen dims it losses Bluetooth connections,probably needs a firmware update that allows it to work in the background iOS. Maybe a stronger Bluetooth pairing signal.
Bug Report & Feature Request
Sideways scrolling is now broken. If you're on the history tab and you swipe to go back in time, it just moves the whole screen/tab instead, and puts you on the trends tab. Hey guys, could you please add 1) a Home-screen widget 2) Shortcuts/Siri integration 3) Apple Watch complication/app. They should all be related as far as development. I just want to see or hear the current values without launching the app. Thanks!
Excellent app
From what I have seen Victron by far has the best remote monitoring out there. I have been using this app for several years and have added more and more devices to it over time. . .every one of them works flawlessly. . .several smart solar mppt’s, BMV-712, battery temperature sensor, all connected to the Cerbo s gx. I even have a Victron blue solar IP65 battery charger being used with this app. This app shows all information I possibly need including history and trends both real time and 30 days past. . .it does not need to be running to view past trends unlike other reviews state. All the important information at a glance upon opening the Home Screen. Depending on the device being used there is a plethora of information to be viewed and does take time to learn, discover and navigate all of it. Works great through local Bluetooth as well as when away from home through internet connection with the Cerbo. Overall great app!
Slow loading
Take a while to load the screen, gets frustrating re-opening it to check incoming wattage. Hopefully it’s more optimized in the future. Past stats are helpful.
