Het delen van fietsen was nog nooit zo gemakkelijk.
Open de app en activeer uw locatiediensten om het dichtstbijzijnde station met beschikbare fietsen te vinden.
Wanneer u dicht bij het station aankomt, drukt u op "Een Villo ontgrendelen" en kiest u uw Villo uit de lijst met beschikbare fietsen daar.
Aan het einde van uw rit wordt een bericht naar uw mobiele telefoon gestuurd waarin wordt bevestigd dat de fiets veilig naar een station werd teruggebracht en kunt u uw ervaring delen met andere actieve gebruikers.
Flexibele opties: jaar-, dag- of zevendaagse huurcontracten.
De "Villo! officiel" app kan worden aangepast aan uw behoeften: kies gewoon de optie die het best bij uw levensstijl past. De eerste dertig minuten van elke rit zijn gratis. Betalingen met bankkaart zijn veilig.
Toegang tot de dienst als groep.
U kunt tot vijf fietsen tegelijk lenen met de "Villo! officiel" app. Verspreid het woord! Of je nu een jaarkaart hebt of niet, je kunt met één klik tot vijf extra korte termijnpassen kopen.
Verzamel punten.
Gebruik de app om actief bij te dragen aan de goede werking en verbetering van de service door aan het einde van elke rit feedback te geven over uw fiets of door een defect aan de technische dienst te melden.

Never use villo again
Instructions to return the bike are not clear, especially for tourists. Me and my friend went to a villo park where the pillars to lock the bike unfortunately don’t work. Bcz it’s our first time using so ofc we don’t know how the normal usable pillars look like. We struggled for a long time, even ask locals for help but they can’t park either as the pillars are broken. Luckily we decided to go to another park and we managed to park after a long tiring time. You should add big letters on the pillars telling people about how the parking don’t work so they can give up sooner. I’m sooo not gonna use this ever again.
Terrible app to use no support option
App freezes constantly and is everything but intuitive. After using several weeks you learn to live with it, but make a 2.0 version JC Decaux. You have the resources to do so.
app is terrible and useless for multiple bikes
Want to rent multiple bikes at once? Forget it! App doesnt support it, according to the servicedesk. Her advice: use the website... Whats the point of having the app then? Like I’m the first in history who want to use 2 bikes at once? c’mon guys!

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. Every time I want to release a bike from its station, the app crashes and I can’t get the bike out.
Quadruplate charging of cc
I had a really hard time making a succesful purchase of a daycard but now it turns out my cc is charged four times for the same amount. Also the UX of the bike unlocking didn’t go smooth at all.
