I have the A119 mini 2, it’s a great dashcam let down by this rubbish app. Pairing at first was very frustrating, you need to turn off your home network or car Wi-Fi as this prevents the viofo pairing. Once it is paired it keeps crashing and locking up the camera with a non stop beep. If it doesn’t crash it will time out before any settings are sent and if by chance a setting is sent to the camera it doesn’t save it. I cannot tell you how frustrating this app is!

Does not work , it installs but won’t connect to Wi-Fi waisted Hrs trying to sort this out , now I have to program the unit from its menu on screen , just cannot get it to work , I’ve reset it uninstalled app umpteen times can’t be bothered no more will just use it as a standalone camera like I’ve used my older one for the last 8 years & remove the memory card & view in on the PC just can’t be doing with this time consuming crap .

Uses a119 mini , enter setting and it crashes the app. Obviously nobody bothered to test these. returning dash cam because this is useless.

The Dashcam is great, the app is atrocious. Usually doesn’t recognise that the phone is connected to the WiFi network, continually “guiding” me to system settings that confirm the connection is made. When it does recognise the connection it gives repeated timeout errors and, if it does miraculously work, it takes at least 5 minutes for any button presses to make their way to the Dashcam. Given you have to stop recording to view saved footage this wait is interminable. It’s much, much quicker to take the card out of the camera, go into the house, boot up a laptop and plug in the card than it is to view footage using the app!

It works ok for me but occasionally it freezes up up and has to be restarted The problem with connection is when you’ve got a auto connection outside your house of somewhere then you have to turn the auto connect off as it keeps disconnecting the app and overpowering the WiFi.

Camera alone seems fine. However! Destroys your DAB signal within the car. Despite moving the cameras and the wiring several times. Sometimes the app works, but mostly it doesn’t. Very unreliable. The complaints from the people buying this kit seems to be the same. Why aren’t you addressing what appears to be the same issues??? Thumbs down from me. Going back to Next Base and getting this one sent back as a rejection! Tried contacting the company but no response in weeks now. Shame.

I have the latest version on app installed yet I cannot download videos to my iPhone storage, only into the app album.

App keeps closing for no reason. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still no better. This is a real let down for what is a great camera.
