I ordered my tickets and put all my info in correctly and it said something was incorrect and still pulled money from my card won’t be using if issues like this occur when I try to purchase tickets for events it shouldn’t be allowed to pull money if it says something is incorrect put more focus on protecting future peoples money!

Don't rely on these people, even after spending thousands of dollars they wont contact the seller to get the tickets out to me before the festival starts that I am attending.
Don’t Believe The Buyer’s Guarantee
Tickets were not transferred in time for my show. Company did not back their “Buyer’s Guarantee” claim. Poor customer service when I asked to investigate the order. Took my money and forced me to buy another set of tickets from Ticketmaster right before the show…and ridiculous service fees to boot. Look elsewhere for a more reputable app/company.
Scam App, don’t buy from them
I ordered a ticket, which I never received an email to claim. I was on the phone with customer service for over half an hour, and all they could tell me to do was “check all of your inboxes on your email” for half an hour straight!!!! it was seriously insanity. I asked if they could email it to me through a different email or send the ticket through text, to which I was ignored multiple times. I was told that if I could sign onto Ticketmaster using the same email, the ticket should appear. It did not. I said that I needed at least a refund as the concert was on the day I was having these issues (and I decided to just buy other tickets), and they told me no refund was possible due to me not claiming my ticket through email (the email that they never sent to me!). I seriously triple checked that my email was correct, and I checked EVERY single possible email box. I even made sure nothing was blocked on my email. The customer service person seemed to not believe me. The craziest part is that immediately after the phone call, I received an email asking to rate my customer service experience from them… so obviously MY email is NOT the problem! Now I’m out over $50 because their terms and conditions say that they don’t do refunds… and they have sucky customer service.
You know what I’m surprised
Ok I see a lot a negative reviews, honestly I kind of get where people are coming from, but I’m not sure what it was with mine I quite literally got my tickets the next day after I bought them. I thought for awhile I haven’t gotten my tickets yet since I was looking in the app and not at my email. The only thing I would say is to do it research first of how it works. The only down side I’ll say is trying to make it more clear for the consumer of how the ticket process works, and the outrageous service fee. Besides the it not to bad.
Left hanging after purchase
They merely provide a platform to purchase tickets, yet they are unreliable to help properly possess the ticket
Received an email to expect an additional email from a different service provider OTHER than Vivid in order to claim the tickets I had purchased then it was never sent to me!
No refund is available since they ONLY sought to get paid and verify that the tickets were at LEAST delivered but I was alone in claiming what I PAID them to help acquire from the beginning
Disappointment
We didn't get the tickets until the day before the event, PLUS we were forced to move to the “bleachers” or else miss the event, BUT we will get a partial refund. The main reason was that our initial seat assignment was selling for more than twice as much as what we had paid! Was this fair? Please don't buy from Vicidseats; I have the receipt to prove this. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
What are they thinking
Dont get tickets from here unless you want to worry about your tickets the whole time. They give up to two hours before the show for any seller to send your tickets. So you will be stuck wondering when your tickets will arrive minutes before your show. Absolutely terrible idea and customer service wont speed this up for you, just use ticket master
False Advertising
This company allows people to sell incorrect items and won’t do anything to fix it including not willing to refund or ban the sellers.
After something is figured out I will definitely be closing my account and sticking to Ticketmaster or seat geek.
This is redicules!
Egregious Fees
Can’t call yourself a ticket marketplace charge $35 fees on a $100 ticket. Unethical price gouging company that should not continue to be in business.
