ROAD SAFETY STARTS WITH YOU
Road safety is everyone’s responsibility. The choices you make while riding an electric scooter or e-bike affect not only you, but all your fellow road users, as well. So let’s get it right!

Be sure to know the rules of the road before setting off on an e-scooter or e-bike. Stick to the bike lanes or close to the side curb, and stay off pavements. Never ride under the influence, and always wear a helmet to keep your head safe. Oh, and no twin-riding – one person per e-scooter or e-bike at a time.

FIRST TIME ON AN E-SCOOTER?
If you haven’t used an electric scooter before – activate reduced-speed mode in the app. This caps the max speed of the scooter, allowing you to start off slow while learning to operate the vehicle.

E-SCOOTER AND E-BIKE PARKING – WHAT APPLIES?
Proper parking is a matter of safety and accessibility. Keep yourself informed of your local rules and regulations in regards to e-scooter and e-bike parking – and follow them. Always park the vehicle standing upright, using the kickstand and be sure not to obstruct the path of pedestrians, cyclists or other vehicles.

Wird Geld abgebucht und vom Support ignorier

Schon längere Zeit wird mir Geld für Fahrten abgebucht, welche ich nie gmacht habe. Der Support hat mir schon 10 mal geschrieben, dass sie das Problem gelöst haben. Nicht ist gelöst. Jetzt ignoriert mich dieser Müll Support einfach. Schande

Mega schlecht die Karte die ich regristriren wollte ging nicht nie ging es einfach nur schlecht ich empfehle euch allen nie mit disen Roller zu fahren das mid der gratis fahrt für 15 min ist ein scam bitte bitte fahrt nie mid diesen mega Roller und auch die app ist megr scheisse und umprofesionell einfach nur schämend und lächerlich 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Schlechter als Tier und leider in Bern Monopolist

Leider hat Voi neu ein Monopol in Bern. Die App und die Qualität der Roller sind schlechter als bei Tier. Z.B. sagt die App seit Wochen, es sei etwas mit dem Zahlungsmittel schief gelaufen, es wird jedoch nicht versucht abzubuchen - die App ist nicht sauber programmiert.

Terrible

I can’t scan the barcode of the scooter, but the app is draining my money. I didn’t ride any scooters so, I’m refusing to pay! If you still drain my money, then we will meet on the court!!!

Unfähiger Support

Ich habe mich auf dem 2ten Gerät mit der App angemeldet. Nun kann ich nicht mehr mit meinem Hauptgerät zugreifen. 10 mal mit dem Support geschrieben meinen sie: warten Sie doch bis am 16.08.2024 ( 6 Monate) dann können sie sich wieder anmelden. 🙈 Gute E-Scooter aber katastrophaler unfähiger Support.

Service gut

Der Service ist sehr gut, die Trottis sind von guter Qualität, aber die neu gestaltete App ist miserabel. Warum diesen Abstieg?

90% rote zone, für die Orte, wo man denkt, dass dieser Voi nützlich sein könnte abspulut nutzlos. Man kann Hauptstrassen entlangfahren, wo so oder so ein Bus fährt aber wenn man etwas ausserhalt von der "Bahn" fahren will ist rote Zone.

Beschwerde

In der App heißt es, dass jemand meinen Code verwenden muss, um Freiminuten zu verdienen, und ich habe den 10-Minuten-Gratisvorteil keines Mal erhalten. Ich benutze Voi auch jeden Tag und bekomme keinen Rabatt wie beim einfachen Herunterladen.

Update?!?

Hallo Ich nutze die App schon über ein Jahr und es hat immer einwandfrei funktioniert. Und kam ein Update und ich sollte mich neu anmelden. Aber das funktioniert gar nicht. 🤨 Was ist da los? Bitte Problem wieder beheben!
