Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.
With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

Velo sind gut, cooles Angebot
App mit Potenzial
Es sind noch nicht alle Bugs behoben. Zum Teil fällt das Login aus, zum Teil wird der Standort nicht richtig erkannt. Kein Schweizer Support!!!

Sehr gute app und super service. Braucht für reibungslose Benutzung gute Internetverbindung.
Tolle Sache.
Fahrräder haben Gebrauchsspuren aber fahrbar. Für Streifzüge durch die Stadt sehr zu empfehlen. Grosser Spassfaktor.

Einfach, gute Velos.
Gutes Produkt und Netz; meist funktionstüchtige Velos
Die Ausleihe und Rückgabe ist wesentlich einfacher geworden mit den neuen Schlössern - super! Was leider schon mehrfach vorkam: das Schloss öffnet sich nich und ich kann das Velo nicht mehr abmelden. Nach wie vor eine Schwachstelle an den Velos sind die Bremsen. Insgesamt: tolles Produkt und mit guter Dienstleistung durch den lokalen Partner!
