I was also hoping that it was possible to hook it up with my Fitbit for the steps and having a better idea on my heart beats

Does this app work?
I didn’t think I would be happy with this app, but I am. It gets me up out of the lazy boy chair and taking a few steps that I never would have without the prompts.

Waste of money
It has no information except telling you to walk for some minutes. What was advertised on instagram and what I saw on the app are two different things. A complete waste of money and they don’t refund.
