Trying to cancel my plan and none of the instructions are working. Tried four times to contact the help desk and always received the same automated response with the instructions that do not work. Impossible to get my cancellation being done.

In the App Store, this was one of the recommended apps that came up. I’m looking to find a program that I can do at home (work long days - up early, home late and family, like most people) so I installed this to see if it was a good fit. As soon as you open it, it asks you a litany of questions (to crate a profile that works for you). I went through and answered each one honestly. Finally at the last question, a circle comes up saying it’s creating my program. Once that completes, it offered you 3 options - all pay options (subscription of course) for $19.99/month. This one also came with a 3-day trial. There’s no option to try the program, at a time that suits you. The 3 free days could very well be a weekend that you have sports games for your children, or you or a loved one is ill. Apps that wish to offer a free trial should either provide it BEFORE you pay - or have your paid time (1month for example), start ONLY when you’ve completed 48 hours of actual free time. Just my 2 cents. Lori.
I download it, and I signed up for the subscription and the work book and after I did that the next page was just completely white, and does not change. So I just wasted about $35 on an app that doesn’t do anything.
I downloaded this app two days ago. Just wanted to try it out so I chose the lowest price. 3.50/week. I canceled my subscription the very next day and my account was still charged. And it was charged for the monthly cost. 14.99. I would like a refund.
It would be nice to have at least a 2 or 3 day trial to see if you like the app before making a purchase for it.
After three weeks the app stopped working. I can’t access anything. Purple screen is frozen and then app shuts down. Have canceled my renewal
