In the App Store, this was one of the recommended apps that came up. I’m looking to find a program that I can do at home (work long days - up early, home late and family, like most people) so I installed this to see if it was a good fit. As soon as you open it, it asks you a litany of questions (to crate a profile that works for you). I went through and answered each one honestly. Finally at the last question, a circle comes up saying it’s creating my program. Once that completes, it offered you 3 options - all pay options (subscription of course) for $19.99/month. This one also came with a 3-day trial. There’s no option to try the program, at a time that suits you. The 3 free days could very well be a weekend that you have sports games for your children, or you or a loved one is ill. Apps that wish to offer a free trial should either provide it BEFORE you pay - or have your paid time (1month for example), start ONLY when you’ve completed 48 hours of actual free time. I download it, and I signed up for the subscription and the work book and after I did that the next page was just completely white, and does not change. So I just wasted about $35 on an app that doesn’t do anything.

I downloaded this app two days ago. Just wanted to try it out so I chose the lowest price. 3.50/week. I canceled my subscription the very next day and my account was still charged. And it was charged for the monthly cost. 14.99. I would like a refund.

It would be nice to have at least a 2 or 3 day trial to see if you like the app before making a purchase for it.

After three weeks the app stopped working. I can’t access anything. Purple screen is frozen and then app shuts down. Have canceled my renewal

I am not getting the email to be able to cancel the membership. I want my money back!!!!
