Simply I don’t like the app
Do not Purchase Trial or Membership. This app has a refund policy that is total trash and they do not care if you forget to cancel the trial, they will charge you the full monthly membership fee with no refund. There is no customer service number and even if you do not like the trial membership you have to meet specific requirements in order to get a refund. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. Their refund policy is posted and its a total joke. They will rob you so don’t do business with them. This is how they stay in business by having a refund policy that no one can ever qualify for an actual refund.
Read the fine print!! You will get charged $38.95 after the first month with no warning. You will not be refunded, either.
I connected this app with my Fitbit and it failed to properly sync. The step count did not match. I found the app frustrating to use and after paying nearly $8 for one week it automatically charged me $38 for a month! Ridiculous considering you can get an entire gym membership for less than that.
Nowhere on the app to cancel. Ridiculous and illegal. Don’t buy!
It’s basically an overpriced pedometer with fairly basic “personalized” workouts. I purchased it for a week to try it out, ($7) and instead of it deactivating use and making me pay again past the week, it automatically charged me $39 for the next month with no notification that it would be auto charging that amount. Not worth the cost for a pedometer that is already in our phones in my opinion, and their practices for billing are shady. The only reason for it not being 1 star is that I can see it being a useful program for some, and they did respond quickly to my request for a refund - which also makes me think they get lit up on this a lot.
If you have to listen to music, podcast, or a show. It will come on distorted. I like the app but I hate the fact I cannot listen to any of my music because the app interferes with the connection it overrides your sound even if you mute the app. Let me update since the developer isn’t correctly reading my review. Yes, I have my Apple Music playing in the background and podcast. The music is DISTORTED because of your app. Your app takes over the sound and my music comes in and out. I cannot enjoy listening to my music. I don’t have this issue with any other of my fitness apps. After this month I won’t continue with the app. I live off my music and podcast while working out.
After some surgeries and inability to exercise, I was looking for a low impact alternative. I’m 78 years old so doing military crawls and burpees no longer appeal to me. I find these WalkFit exercises enjoyable and easy to perform. They are something I look forward to rather than dread, and I use pretty much daily.
Five star. Love and losing weight
If you already walk 10,000 steps a day, you don’t need this. This app is basically a bite off of Apple Fitness, and simply tracks your steps.
