Not user friendly and ethical
I am trying to cancel my subscription but it is almıst impossible The ‘contact us’ icon is not working The app itself is definitely not worth the purchase

You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. fitness guides, VIP customer support service) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.
WalkFit is integrated with the Health App to import Steps, Heart Rate, Walking+Running distance data from HealthKit to WalkFit and to write Workout data from WalkFit to the Health App

3aylık abonelik aldım ve 24 saat dolmadan iptal ettim fakat hala etkin görünüyor üyeliğimi iptal ediniz lütfen uygulamayı kullanmak istemiyorum. Teşekkürler

İndirinceye kadar ücretli olduğunu anlamadım. 24 saat içinde iptal edebilirsiniz diyor ama nasıl iptal edebileceğiniz konusunda yönlendirme YOK ! Applestore bu soygunculuğa aracı olmuş oluyor . İptal etmek istiyorum . Yardım??

J’ai acheté un abonnement d’1 mois à 135,00 tl mais le contenu de mon abonnement ne s’ouvre pas c’est-à-dire je n’ai aucun accès au contenu! C’est du vol! Je ne peux plus avoir confiance à cette appli!!!! Je veux être remboursé! / 135,00 TL’ye 1 aylık abonelik satın aldım ama abonelik içeri hiç bir şekilde açılmıyor. Hırsızlık bu. Artık bu uygulamaya güvenemem!!!! İade talebinde bulundum.

Even if I have cancelled my membership immediately, you charged 1 year of membership. This is not writtwn and right. I emailed you twice. You did not get back to me. Please return my money ASAP!
