I love the workouts and being able to use a GPS for tracking my “free walks”. What I do not like is the “making my goal” part. Many times the app has given me a thumbs up with a ring of fire in the evening. Then I get up and check my progress and I see this “arm chair”. This means I didn’t make my step goal. Very disappointing— sometimes my Fitbit will record 15,000 steps on those days. I shouldn’t have to have my phone right with me if it is reading my Fitbit steps.
This is a scam. Paid the fee, downloaded the app and no access. Keeps asking to purchase another plan. Supposedly active through June 2025 but cannot access app! Really frustrating.
I love that it’s made to meet your goals etc but what I despise about the app is when I go to another app; no texting the walk-fit app it starts over as if I didn’t have any walking progress…. Please fix that.
Says $29.99 year subscription. So far in 2 months they have changed me $54.14 in 2 months SCAM. I have proof but won’t let me post pictures
It appears others have had this problem. A subscription was purchased and I was using the app. For no apparent reason, the app began to ask for another payment or to restore previous purchase. Restoring the previous purchase did not work, and the app holds up on the purchase or restore options. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling with no success. There’s no way to contact customer support once in this state.
I have been using WalkFit for a few weeks now and for the most part I have enjoyed it. I am 63 and in average shape, but I’m able to do all of the moves without any major difficulty. Some suggestions for improvement include having different music for different routines; bringing back the short, young lady, whose body type is more like mine; and checking the accuracy of some of the activities. For example, there’s one move that is called a double curl but the demonstrator actually does it four times. A small thing, but it is distracting.
Don’t purchase, not worth it. They will give you a feee trial, say they will send you a notification before the trial ends, which they don’t. Then you are charged $40 bucks a month. They won’t refund you. Don’t waste your money on this one!!!!!!
The worst customer service, all AI generated. They will auto renew you without notice and will not refund you.
Every time I try to use this app after paying $29 for a year service, it goes to the upgrade page for me to pay again and doesn’t run. It does this on my iPhone and on my iPad I have reached out for help and gotten a canned response.
