Because you have to pay for it and I downloaded it because I thought it was free but it wasn’t and that it don’t help you with nothing
I love it so far, I’ll keep you posted as I complete each day
So far so good I’ve been doing it for months now and I love it and I’m always in shape but hate lifting sorry boys ;). Someone who’s had zero experience with Pilates is now obsessed with this over hitting the gym 2 hours every day (I’m just as sore, but I do more than one work out a day)
this is one of those apps advertised as free, but you need a subscription. scam
So far so good!
App seems user friendly and I’m about to start the workout plan now!!
Great app to get you started. I have lost interest in working out, but this app is nice because they are short, and gentle on the body.
There is too much prompting to rate right away. I didn’t love it at first and almost scored as such. But with a little patience and motivation, getting into the app has been rewarding so far. It’s a fun way to get into wall Pilates for sure!
I appreciate how this app is no frills workout plan . The roadmap is very beginner friendly, and as someone who is getting back into Pilates after about a decade, I didn’t want to weed through YouTube for actual beginner friendly videos to get my muscles back into the groove. I enjoy the timer aspect, as well as the video showing how slow /fast to do each rep. I find it less distracting than an Internet personality yelling affirmations as I do my donkey kicks. Also love love love that it is wall Pilates, my knees are grateful and my muscles are feeling stretched and worked in the best way. I will be getting the yearly subscription, because it is a much better value than Blogilates for what I want.
