Contacted their support to help with an issue where I cannot connect to my bank. Their response was log out and log back in to see your transactions. regardless of me sending screenshots of the issue - I wanted to reset my password but was redirected into creating a new account. Now I lost access to the previous transactions that I had. It s a weird app don’t bother
No user manual yet?
Few years of app and no user manual yet, and I have to say that is not the most intuitive app out there… after all this time is not a promising app anymore as it was at the beginning, is just deficient.

Where is the data from the old version??!
Hi, I’ve tried contacting you several times via the contact form and now answer. Is there a way to recuperate our data from the old app, please?? When you updated to this one, the older version stopped working all together and I didn’t even have time to back it up. Please let us know how we can transfer our old data to this new version. Thank you!
Looked promising, but disappointed :/
The app is very nice, user friendly. Unfortunately after paying for a month and no resolution (neither answer) of my problem related to the integration with my bank, I had to cancel. No clear way to communicate, ask for help and support - not what I expect from an app that has access to my finances.
