Ugly new UI and bugs

I love the old UI. Feels more stable and easier to use. Now for the new version, adding new payment doesnt work.. only giving me white screen and i’ve tried force closing the app, but still the same.. uninstall immediately

Double data grabbing internet banking transaction history

Pliss fix problem of Double transaction grabbing automatically the internet banking transaftion history

Poor quality

1. The account won’t get updated automatically you’ll get the notification that your account is updated but in reality the data stays the same on when you connect it for the first time 2. Automatic categorization is not working properly 3. Refresh account button isn’t working 4. Reconnect account button isn’t working 5. Often the app frozen and crash for no reason

Got email said I got Wally Gold for free for lifetime

The email said I don’t need code or anything. Re download the app and then, nope, there’s nothing free here. Fine. Delete app and then unsubscribe mailing list 👎🏼

Contact through feedback they say

Yeah, first of all, not UI friendly (lot of unusual feature placement). Still taking a lot of time to load. Hey guess what, every time they updated a new UI, some features were moved and some disappeared (surplus / minus nett per month). This is the funniest part, I contacted them through email many times, none was replied. Online chat through their website, none was responded. They have a “guidebook” button, hilariously and up until this review is posted, no guidebook at all. Good job wally, maybe 1 star for the app is better than nothing 😂 (or better than 5).

Disappearing note

Detail note on transaction didn’t show

missing notes

There’s an error with the notes, it’s been a couple of weeks that everytime i put some notes in, the next day it’s just dissapeared. so i’ve been missing a lot of detailed notes for this couple of weeks from all of my transactions.

Error of synced account

Apps not working properly. I have lots of transaction input from one transaction. Not reliable notification from synced account
