Many errors and no support

I am unable to migrate from Wally Lite. I have not received any reply to my support ticket. In new Wally, all manually added expenses has a default location. I don’t want to add location to my expenses, so adding an expense now requires many more steps than before. I am not even able to connect to my bank, yet another “error occurs”. Error messages don’t give me any clues to what’s wrong and how to fix it. After several years, I am done using Wally.

App stopped working after I subscribed to premium account!

First 24 hours of this app were great and I taken an offer to subscribe to premium offer. After subscribing app stopped working! I tried all available ways to restart it but nothing worked. I tried to sr d a message from the website form which doesn’t work! I sent two emails and no reply! How can I get my money back?
