Avoid if you have an overseas phone number
Very frustrating that I cannot wash my clothes as I am unable to set up an account with an overseas cell phone number.
I wasted my money
When I pressed the wrong number, the payment was made without my permission and I wasted my money, even though I had not yet pressed the button on the washing machine.
Conenient
I much prefer using this app to going to get quarters to do my wash. The app makes it so easy, and it works smoothly. I haven’t had any problems with it.

The app in not in sink with the washers or dryers…… the app timer goes off saying load is completed.. but the a still 10-15 minute in the washer cycle…
Live updates
It would be nice to have a live update of available machines before we leave home with all of our clothes. Could also be cool to book machines that way people have to honor picking up their clothes in time.
