……after getting some hints from another user: if you register via the web-site getwashconnect.com you can add european credit-cards………by then using your account within the app it will do the job.

Couldn’t use the washing machine because I have to register. But you have to have an American phone number, otherwise you are not able to register. That’s really sad because I thought this app is especially for tourists 😔

I much prefer using this app to going to get quarters to do my wash. The app makes it so easy, and it works smoothly. I haven’t had any problems with it.

always buggy. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.

The app in not in sink with the washers or dryers…… the app timer goes off saying load is completed.. but the a still 10-15 minute in the washer cycle…

It would be nice to have a live update of available machines before we leave home with all of our clothes. Could also be cool to book machines that way people have to honor picking up their clothes in time.

Sometimes it double charges me, but I can’t get too upset because I will eventually use it. There’s always be laundry to do
