WASH-Connect

I much prefer using this app to going to get quarters to do my wash. The app makes it so easy, and it works smoothly. I haven’t had any problems with it.

always buggy. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.

The app in not in sink with the washers or dryers…… the app timer goes off saying load is completed.. but the a still 10-15 minute in the washer cycle…

It would be nice to have a live update of available machines before we leave home with all of our clothes. Could also be cool to book machines that way people have to honor picking up their clothes in time.

Since switching to this app not only has the price per load nearly doubled, but one of our machines continuously raises the prices AFTER I select to pay. additionally i cannot add less than $10 at a time and being a disabled veteran i cannot always afford $10 when i only need $3 to do a load… overall i think you are trying to overcharge a designated low income building for laundry machines that dont work half the time. i am going to bring this atrocity to our city council to have your company removed from servicing low income buildings if you dont fix the issues in this building.

Why would anyone want an app in the way of them using laundry? I still feel this way and will not change my review ever, after being asked three more times to rate the app i still dont like it, it exist only to upcharge and since have had an over 3 week outage on one of our machines here
