Stole from me and cannot use as an international user
I was shocked to see 8 pence has been taken from my Amex card that I tried to add to the account! Given it was not stored on the app this is even more worrying! I went no where else to do washing so this app is the only place that could have taken this money. Whilst a menial amount this was taken from my company card account so our legal team will be involved. As someone from the UK I was not able to do anything without a US number and zip code so had to rely on the kindness of my friend to provide me with this so I could do some basic washing! Surely it would be an easy update to allow international users to add their number and (in my case) postcode? Essentially a good app but given the theft and stress it caused me to use it I am giving one star!
