Mess with many errors
1. Difficult to change name 2. Meeting join error 3. Verification code is not visible 4. After inserting verification code, joining is impossible
Does not act like a call; gets preempted by phone calls, no AirPods click to mute
All in all a good app. What drives me mad (I use it daily) is that every time anyone calls me whole I'm in a meeting, the audio and video gets disabled while someone is calling. It then takes a while to get back. Please fix this. After so long it should be embarrassing to the devs; it means they’re not using it… and now with AirPods click-to-mute?
Problems with microphone
I have a problem with a microphone very often. People do not hear me.
App stopped working on Apple Watch
“Launch the Webex app on your iPhone” or “login to webex app..” of course tried everything, re-logging, re-installing, restarting app
After upgrade
Do something with the voice quality. This is really unacceptable not being able to listen nor speak
Always listening
It is always listening no matter if the microphone is turned on.
Apple Carplay call doesn't work
Not like for meetings or calls directly from Webex Teams here calls are treated like music and mute button is not showing on Apple Carplay (microphone in or age outline is shown) - unfortunately can't use Webex Teams for calls not scheduled inside Teams That is why 2* instead of 5* as the app beside that works very well
