When it comes to workouts do I just finish all the workouts in the boulder shoulder program or is it one workout per day or 2 workouts per day or what ?
I’ve tried several times to start a program, stated I want home workouts and get gym workouts prescribed by the auto app. Zero Stars As useless as all the other fitness apps If you want a good workout, get a coach, not this app
Chose home workout as an option and it gave me workouts requiring a gym…..waste of money.
App Is good to use, will push my body with the workouts. I had an issue but was solved on the day with customer support Thanks so much
I love the app because I feel it keeps me on time during my workout and gets me doing a range of exercises more than I did before. Which gives me an overall feeling of fitness. Can you please add the ability to input the amount of weight for each exercise so I know how much to increase the weight by each time. The app could potentially track how many calories burnt if it knows how much weight was lifted each exercise. I’d also like to see my workouts appear on an in app calendar that lets me visually see which days I trained and see which muscle group was trained on which days. Clicking on a historical work out should let me go back and see exactly what I did in a previous work out. It would also be good to be able to enter diary notes on the calendar each day and record any random notes related to the work out such as how I was feeling that day and any other messages to myself. I got lots of other ideas to
Looks like these workouts are for kids. For example buliding strong and massive back it gives an easy 3 workouts which is hardly going to do any heck. Its same with other workouts as well. Requested for a refund already
Ad looked great so thought I’d opt in to check it out. Requires subscribing to view plans and such which is fine, however decided this is not for me. Went to unsubscribe however was unable to as the cancel button does not register through settings. Checked Apple reviews and found I’m not the only one who has been subjected to this. This needs to be fixed. Literally scamming money out of people by not allowing them to cancel.
App failing since last update on iPhone 11. Already paid for asking for another subscription
Just signed up to app can’t get into it, keeps taking me back to the start and trying to sign me up again and charge me!!! Think it might be a scam.
