Worst app I ever downloaded. There is no help and no explanations. You think you will get a personalized plan? No you won’t. They just give you a lot of exercises to choose from- no help, no guidance. Save your money on this and keep searching.

You really believe before paying that you can exercise at home... don’t believe that... if you have a fully equipped fitness room at home go for it! Otherwise it will only be the situps where you pay a lot money for... It really is a scam!

Hello, I wanted the 7 days trial and instead of that you write € 10,49 of my creditcard !! That wasn’t supose to happen. What can I do to get this back !! When you want to make an account. . .you can only do that by linking it on facebook. . .WHY !! When you want to leave a comment. . .that doen’t work also not. The worst thing is that there isn’t any way to contact of support when something gets wrong !! only making money. . .and that’s it. Best regards, Erwin

Hardly anything different with the premium vs fee. I feel robbed. Couldn’t get my money back from Apple. Waste of $59!!
Holding information after subscription is expired
I paid for the app for one month. When I went back to the app to review my routine a month later, it made a user purchase. So, I'm guessing once you pay for that month, you have to screenshot routines that this company will hide so you can dish out more money.
App loses progress
Second time it lost how many workouts I did and where I was at for progress. Then it requires about 5-10 minutes of questions to get back in. A COMPLETE DEMOTIVATOR TO USING THE APP.
