Hi, My meal plan are not showing and the page is asking me to do extra subscriptions? Even though I have already subscription.

It would be better to have trial option before actually have to pay then try.

How dare you deducted the full annual subscription amount from my account as you said no change while you are in a free trial, i just accepted the App install and you deducted immediately the full annual subscription charges with a total of 469 SAR , you have to respect the consumers, I sent 2 emails till now and nor response from your side. What is the service is that????? First of all there’s disrespect for the consumer And you will not achieve any business progress Now: you have to return back my money otherwise I will consider it as a legal case.
