当我还很小的时候，我外婆送我一个娃娃，名字是解忧娃娃。她跟我说如果我把烦恼都告诉他，那麽他就会替我烦恼了。而在这个 App 裡面，只要你告诉解忧娃娃你的烦恼，他就会帮你分担。
你可以学习觉察你的烦恼，当有什麽事情发生时，试着跟解忧娃娃倾诉，让他成为理解你的美好存在。
当你的烦恼解决了，解忧娃娃就会被戴上黄冠。 在 App 内你也能回顾之前纪录的所有烦恼们，这是一个经过证实能减少焦虑的好方法！
我也曾经深受焦虑与忧鬱的困扰，为了帮助跟我一样的人们，因此做了这个 App。解忧娃娃的概念涵盖了认知行为疗法、正念技巧以及一些神奇的小魔术。

内耗的时候，让我内心安定的最好的APP。
他让我明白我的焦虑。可我还是忍不住一次一次的焦虑，但是焦虑的时候如果把它记录下来，回头再看一看。心里都还是会有慰藉的，所有的事情没有你想象的那么糟。

界面滑动是卡的，之前不是这样的
希望赶快再优化一下吧，现在这样一点用的欲望都没有

就会让充钱 垃圾东西 编辑了一大段突然就没了
不推荐
不开会员体验感太差了，也不能够整体看到自己的情绪状态，实在太极简了吧还不如记在备忘录。
